CSA

Looking through the paperwork I have just noticed that these dates 27/07/2000 and 01/09/2003
I was still married to my second wife - still in the army and paying child support, I left the army in May 2002 so they would have still been getting paid until I left, when I left I was not working so this would have been a nil assessment.
These dates below 2002 I guess they would say I owe them for then however I was paying £360 pm for my first wife but up to 2007 I had quite a few years in between here as a nil assessment or what ever it is they call it. I think that I have been shafted

I received that notice of intention for a liability order and decided to pay up - since July 2009 I have been paying £500, I then bumped it up to £750 and there was months where I payed £1000 just to try to clear this.
In July this year I reduced the payments to £200 as I was really struggling.

I have just received a letter from Gary Chick as I had some questions, one of them was my second wife may have had my daughter adopted without my consent, this can be done under certain circumstances ie a violent partner which is total shite.

Anyway I have been told that if they do not relieve my direct debit mandate and payment not honored then they will impose a deduction of earnings order - I believe that this is a threat.
